D.I.C.E. Athens 2026, the European edition of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences' well-known D.I.C.E. summit, takes place from 21 to 23 September 2026 at the Athens Marriott hotel in the Greek capital.
This is not a consumer show but a three-day executive retreat: studio heads, publishers and senior creatives gather for speaker sessions and intimate roundtable discussions built around this year's theme, 'The Story Ahead', covering both the craft and the business side of game development. Networking is a core part of the format, with an opening reception at the Acropolis Museum among the planned social events.
For developers and industry professionals from Croatia and the wider region, Athens is one of the closest stops the D.I.C.E. circuit has ever made - a short flight from Zagreb, Belgrade or Ljubljana. If you work in games and want direct access to decision-makers from major international studios, this is the regional window to the top of the industry.
