Game Industry Conference (GIC) 2026
One of Europe's largest game development conferences returns to the Poznan Congress Center on 21-24 October 2026, running alongside the Poznan Game Arena expo.
The Game Industry Conference (GIC) is one of Europe's biggest gatherings for people who make games. The 2026 Poznan edition runs from 21 to 24 October at the Poznan Congress Center, on the same fairgrounds and partly overlapping dates with Poznan Game Arena, one of the largest consumer gaming expos in this part of Europe.
GIC is aimed at developers, artists, producers, publishers, students and anyone trying to break into the industry: the programme is built around talks and panels across development, design, marketing and the business of games, plus heavy networking between indie teams, studios and publishers from across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
For developers from Croatia and the Adriatic region it is one of the most accessible major industry conferences - a short trip compared to GDC or gamescom's devcom, with a strong CEE focus and the bonus that a single trip also covers the PGA expo happening next door the same weekend.
