VulkanLAN 2026 (Graz)
Austria's big volunteer-run LAN party returns to Messe Graz from 23 to 25 October 2026 - bring your own PC for a weekend of tournaments, VR and console gaming.
VulkanLAN is a long-running LAN party in Graz organised by the non-profit VulkanLAN association, and it is billed as the largest LAN party in Austria. The 2026 edition takes place in Hall A of Messe Graz, from Friday, 23 October (start at 10:00) to Sunday, 25 October 2026 (ends at 14:00).
The concept is classic: participants bring their own PC, book a seat in the hall and spend the weekend playing, both casually and in organised tournaments. The organisers promise an e-sports stage, a VR and console area, a small expo and a bistro, with a 10 Gbit connection for the hall. The event is capped at 1,250 participants. The tournament programme (games and formats) has not been announced yet - according to the organisers, registration for the competitions opens in October.
A regular seat costs 85 EUR in advance; a limited number of seats are sold on the day for 99 EUR in cash. Seats have to be reserved and paid in advance via the official event page, and group seating for clans is available.
For players from Croatia and Slovenia, Graz is an easy drive, which makes VulkanLAN one of the closest big LAN parties to the region.
