MonteGames 2026

Boutique game-industry conference for developers, publishers and investors from the Balkans and Europe, held at the Porto Montenegro marina in Tivat from 2 to 4 October 2026.
MonteGames is a non-profit game-industry conference run by Montenegro's association of video game developers (Udruženje proizvođača video igara MonteGames). The 2026 edition takes place from 2 to 4 October at the Porto Montenegro marina in Tivat, on the Bay of Kotor.
The event is aimed at people who make and publish games rather than at consumers: indie and studio developers, publishers, investors, marketers and students from the Balkans and the rest of Europe. The organisers describe it as a deliberately intimate, relaxed alternative to big trade shows - instead of an exhibition floor there are curated panels, talks and networking by the sea. The stated goal is to connect creators from the region, including small indie teams, with international publishers, funds and service companies.
For developers from Croatia and the wider Adriatic region, MonteGames is one of the closest industry gatherings of the autumn and a practical place to pitch a project, meet potential partners and catch up with the regional scene. Registration goes through the official website, and tickets are also sold via Entrio. Check the organiser's channels for the final programme and speaker list before travelling.
