Slovenia's biggest games-industry event returns to Ljubljana on 17 October 2026 with talks, panels and an Indie Expo.
The Slovenia Games Conference is the country's biggest games-industry gathering, and its 2026 edition lands in Ljubljana on 17 October. The one-day conference brings together local and international developers for talks and panels on game development, design, marketing and the business side of making games. A recurring highlight is the Indie Expo, where independent teams show their work-in-progress projects and compete for Best Indie Game and Audience Choice awards. With a relaxed, community-driven atmosphere and a few hundred attendees, it is a friendly, focused event rather than a huge consumer expo. For developers, students and industry professionals in Croatia and the wider region, Ljubljana is close by and the conference is a good chance to network, learn and see what studios across the Adria region are building.
