A1 Student eChallenge Season 8
Croatia's student esports league returns for an eighth season: free online qualifiers in Rocket League, VALORANT, League of Legends and CS2 run from 17 October to 8 November 2026.
A1 Student eChallenge (A1 SeC) is the student arm of the A1 Adria League, and Season 8 fills the autumn calendar for university players in Croatia. Registration is free and teams sign up per title through the official A1 Adria League site.
The published qualifier schedule spreads over four weekends: Rocket League on 17 and 18 October, VALORANT on 24 and 25 October, League of Legends on 31 October and 1 November, and Counter-Strike 2 on 7 and 8 November 2026. Other titles in the Season 8 line-up include EA SPORTS FC, EA SPORTS FC Mobile, Brawl Stars, PUBG and Tekken.
Each title follows the same basic path: open online qualifiers in a knockout bracket, then a group stage, then a bracket final with prize money on the line. It is aimed squarely at students who play at a decent level but are nowhere near a pro roster - a low-barrier way into organised, properly refereed competition without leaving your desk.
